Biography

As a teenager, Michael Sheen joined the National Youth Theatre. He trained at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School and RADA. He left RADA to make his West End debut in When She Danced. He acted in several West End and Broadway plays before making the transition into movies. He began his career with supporting roles in movies such as Underworld. He has since played lead roles in movies ranging from The Damned United to Frost/Nixon. In 2009, he landed the role of Aro in the Twilight movies.
