At the age of 12, Jean Reno and his family left Morocco and moved to France. When he was 17, he moved to Paris and went to drama school. He got his big break in Luc Besson’s short L’Avant Dernier. He has since starred in several Besson movies including Subway and The Big Blue. He got international recognition playing a hit man in Leon. His repertoire includes a mix of Hollywood movies such as Mission Impossible and French movies like The Crimson Rivers.
