Biography
Parker Posey grew up in Mississippi and Louisiana. She studied at State University of New York at Purchase. After graduating, she landed a role on the soap opera As The World Turns. In the nineties, Time magazine dubbed her the “Queen of Indies” for her roles in movies including Dazed And Confused and Party Girl. She has also starred in several mainstream movies ranging from You’ve Got Mail to Superman Returns.
