Biography

Growing up, Keira Knightley acted in TV series such as The Bill and movies like Star Wars: Episode 1 – The Phantom Menace during her school holidays. In 2002 she got her big movie break in Bend It Like Beckham. She has since built up a reputation as a leading lady in period dramas including Pride & Prejudice and The Duchess. She has also starred in US blockbusters like The Pirates Of The Caribbean franchise and British movies such as Never Let Me Go.
