Biography
Vanessa Hudgens' parents were a fire fighter and an office worker. At the age of eight, she began performing in musicals. Her early movie roles include Thirteen and Thunderbirds. She rose to fame playing Gabriella Montez in the High School Musical series. She has since acted on stage in musicals such as Rent and in movies like Bandslam.
