Rupert Everett left school at 15 to move to London to become an actor. After he was expelled from the Central School of Speech and Drama, he worked at the Citizens’ Theatre in Glasgow. He got his big break in Another Country on the West End in 1981 and in its movie version in 1984. He had a hit with My Best Friend’s Wedding in 1997. He has starred in a range of movies including The Importance Of Being Earnest and the St.Trinian’s movies.
