Two days before his wedding, Doug (Justin Bartha) and his three friends (Bradley Cooper, Ed Helms and Zach Galifianakis) head to Las Vegas. They plan to have a night out they'll never forget. But when they wake up they can't remember a thing about the night before and Doug is missing. They try to retrace their steps from the night before so they can find Doug and get him back to LA in time for his wedding. With Heather Graham and Mike Tyson. - Lindsay Lohan was offered the role of the stripper, Jade. She refused and the role went to Heather Graham. Lohan has since said that she regrets this decision.
- No effects were used to create Stu's missing tooth. Actor Ed Helms never grew an adult incisor, so he had it capped. His fake tooth was taken out for the scenes where Stu's tooth is missing.
- Due to restrictions on showing an erect penis on film, the penis at the end of this film is a prop.
- Three sets of twins and a dummy were used to portray the baby in this film.
